Chicago police officer has paid for having sex with underage teen runaways at parties, in his apartment. Federal prosecutor has reported that he has been accused of doing sex even in his vehicle while riding around with his partner. William Whitley, an officer took graphic photos of some of the girls on top of his leopard-print bedspread and their numbers found stored in his cell phone named as "Bunny" "Mocha" and "Jasmine."

One girl, of 14 years old wearing braces, informed authorities that Whitley had sex with her while the uniform of Chicago police was hung in his bedroom door and his handgun was placed under the pillow. This is what the prosecutors had described following the reports.

Whitley had been arrested on Tuesday afternoon on his way to work at a non-emergency call center, where he was reassigned to be paid for desk duty among those ongoing probe. He faced a minimum sentence of 10 years which was mandatory behind  the bars and same as life imprisonment if arrested in charge of sex trafficking of a minor. He had also been charged for producing child pornography which had been revealed for the first time more than 1 year ago in an investigation executed by Tribune.

While Whitley had not been accused of pimping other girls,  21-pages of criminal complaint has been unsealed on Wednesday, that reported that Whitley attended parties as a part of a sex ring which had been arranged by an acquaintance where annonymous older men paid teen runaways for having sex.

Sources said that a former Chicago police officer had been identified in the complaint only as Individual B who has still been under investigation for participating in the scheme.

Whitley, 60 years old , faced the court on Wednesday dressed in an orange jail jumpsuit and thin spectacles, with his hair graying at the temples. As the prosecutors raised concerns that he could flee if released from custody, Maria Valdez, the U.S. Magistrate Judge ordered him to be held without bond next week at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse.
