Veteran Bollywood star Shakti Kapoor recently became the subject of an alarming death rumor that spread widely on social media, causing distress among his fans. In response to this false information, he strongly rejected the claims and reassured everyone that he is "healthy and happy". On Thursday, he posted a video on Instagram directly addressing his fans and refuting the rumors.
"Hi everyone. The news about my death is completely false. I am healthy and happy. Please disregard it," Shakti stated in the video, appearing calm and relaxed. In the clip, he was seen wearing a purple vest. While assuring fans that he is safe and in good health, Shakti Kapoor also mentioned that he intends to take legal action against those who spread the false death reports.
The 73-year-old actor added, "I plan to file a cyber complaint about this because it's not right. " After the video was shared, many social media users posted comments condemning those who spread the false death rumors about the actor, feeling relieved that he is safe and in good health. One fan commented, "Why do people want you dead? You are one of the best comedians in Bollywood. More power to you, legend. " Another person wrote, "The tiger is alive. Long live him."
