Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan had shared an update about the fourth part of Krrish three years ago in 2021. However, it has been a while since the makers shared any updates regarding the film. But recently, director Siddharth Anand announced the fourth chapter of the superhero series in a new tweet. After a poster of Roshan in Krrish's costume was shared on a social media page with the caption, "He is coming," Anand reacted to it and wrote, "Yes, it's him. Krish is certainly the most successful in Bollywood. I'm one of the series.'' Earlier, Mid-Day had reported that father-son duo Rakesh and Hrithik Roshan are all set to come up with an interesting and novel concept for their upcoming film. While Roshan is currently shooting for 'War 2', the script for 'Krrish 4' is said to be at an advanced stage.

The team is aiming to start shooting the film next year. "Hrithik has scheduled his brainstorming sessions over the summer. Both Rakesh and he want to deliver a story that exceeds expectations," a source told the magazine at the time. On the work front, Hrithik Roshan was last seen in Siddharth Anand's 'Fighter' where he shared screen space with Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor.
